Reunion Island is continuing the diversification of its markets

Because of its desire to diversify the market, the Reunion Island tourism board is continuing its promotional activities targeting the English market.
A delegation, made up of officials from the Air Austral company, came to meet 50,000 visiting professionals at the WTM exhibition.
According to Patrick SERVEAUX, president of the IRT, "Reunion Island is promoting its authentic and natural side, which explains the current European market demand".
Since the introduction of the codeshare between Air Austral and Air France, it has now become easier to access Reunion Island from major European cities.
As a result, it could benefit from the increased English presence in Indian Ocean destinations.
