The Christian Churches of Madagascar in favor of a new Transition

The works begun on April 18, of the conference open to everyone, bringing together political, military and civil society under the aegis of the World Council of Christian Churches in Madagascar (FFKM), have been concluded in the closure on Sunday at the proposal of a new phase transition in the country.
In this perspective and in response to the political crisis that is hitting the Big Island since 2009, FFKM wants to postpone the presidential elections (first round set on July 24), dissolve the current transient and to invest a Prime Minister, investing of full powers and the head of a "neutral" government as the site midi tells us.

The release of political prisoners and the return of exiles are also part of the proposals adopted in this work.
Moreover, FFKM also wants a summit an assembly between the three former presidents (Didier Ratsiraka, Zafy, Marc Ravalomanana) and the current President of the Transition, Andry Rajoelina, a place not yet determined for the time being.
