Seychelles and Cyprus wish to strengthen their economic cooperation

Seychelles and Cyprus might consider to soon strengthen their economic cooperation.
 
The two countries are thus seeking to develop the sectors of tourism, trade and investment. Discussions were carried out and in this regard during the meeting about fifteen days ago between Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades and his Seychellois counterpart James Michel. The president of Cyprus came to the archipelago on a private basis.
 
A press release published in late last week by the Seychellois presidency highlights the "close cooperation with Cyprus ... across the European Union, the Commonwealth and the United Nations" and the friendship that binds two peoples.
