Seychelles: The Minister of Tourism of Seychelles present at the meeting in Angola of the Commission for Africa of the World Tourism Organisation

The Minister of Tourism of Seychelles Alain Saint-Ange, will participate from 28 to 30 April 2014 in Luanda at the 56th meeting of the Commission for Africa of the world Organisation of tourism (WTO) and that will be followed by a regional seminar on the theme of tourism and air connectivity in Africa.
 
The meeting of the Commission will provide an opportunity for various stakeholders to put on the table of the urgent issues for the development of tourism on the regional level, including as regards the campaign against poaching in Africa as well as the funding for the promotion of tourism in Africa and the image that wants to reflect the continent particularly in terms of biodiversity.
 
Discussions of this meeting will be led by flagship Walter Mzembi, Zimbabwean Minister of Tourism and President of the Commission.
 
The regional seminar will bring together representatives of public and private sector and discussions will form the basis of work in the next ministerial summit on transportation and air service in Africa to be held in the Seychelles capital, 14 and 15 October 2014, the auspices of the WTO and the Organisation of international Civil Aviation.
 
For the Minister of tourism of the Seychelles, Alain Saint-Ange, these two meetings in Angola and the Seychelles are important for the consolidation of the tourism on the African continent and the development of the tourism industry.
