English-language magazine International Kreol developed the honour in its release in late March last the Carnival of Victoria in the Seychelles being held from 25 to 27 April 2014 and who is enrolled in capital letters on the agenda of the vanilla Islands.
 
The magazine has placed the island event that shines Creole festive colours internationally at the same plane as the Festival International of Louisiane and that of Saint Lucie.
 
English-language magazine International Kreol also devotes an article to one-man band of the Seychellois Tourism Alain Saint-Ange and head of the vanilla Islands for two terms.
 
The Minister of tourism and Culture of Seychelles and President of vanilla Islands, Alain Saint-Ange, is described as one who for years has devoted his life to make it dynamic to the destination of the archipelago to the four corners of the planet and helped make a reality since the regional tourist cooperation 2010 concrete in the Indian Ocean.
