Seychelles: The 6th edition of the national culinary competition in preparation

The national culinary of Seychelles for its sixth edition in 2014 prepares under the sponsorship of ISPC which puts at disposal all products and facilities that the hotels needs within the archipelago.
This appointment flagship will honor the insular art gourmet and its wealth of diverse dishes. The national culinary competition will be held in Seychelles in October 2014.
The paths of gluttony and discover the flavors of Seychellois dishes will necessarily be at the heart of this trip on the road of aroma to crunch the tastes of local and sea products.
Each participants must submit a starter, a main dish and a dessert.
The Minister of tourism and the Culture of Seychelles, Alain Saint-Ange, praised on his side the dynamic public-private partnership created around this national culinary competition and which gives the opportunity to young Seychellois to showcase their talent and to open the doors to promising careers by being highlighted.
De plus, 150,000 Seychellois rupees * were also collected during the last gala  dinner held last March and allows the winners of the previous edition to make taste their dishes concocted for a wider audience of gourmets.
As a reminder, this financial gift is then fully donated to the Seychellois Tourism Academy who uses it for his acts of charity.
