Seychelles: Protocol of economic agreement between the archipelago and Singapore

Seychelles and Singapore want to further work for a better partnership through several sectors of the economy of both countries. Trade, financial services and harbor development will thus supported through a more important public-private partnership.
A protocol agreement has recently been officially recorded in this direction. "This memorandum of understanding will allow us to benefit from expertise of Singapore to further define our own strategies in terms of economic development. This opportunity comes about, when we are seeking to modernize our financial sector and developing the concept the blue economy by building opportunities around our port and maritime infrastructure, "said the Seychellois Minister, Jean Paul Adam, in charge of the portfolio of Foreign Affairs and Transport of the archipelago.
