Seychelles: Preparation of the culinary and arts festival of Praslin




The first edition of the culinary and arts festival will be held on the island of Praslin from 5 to 7 September 2014 to honour the creole cuisine.
 
The Ministry of tourism and the Culture of Seychelles is thus working alongside the Tourist Board of the archipelago for the implementation of the event with an opening that will be launched on the side of Grande-Anse and a party which will be in full swing among others near the most beautiful beach of Praslin in Anse Volbert or Côte d'Or.
 
Cake recipes, pies and ice cream will be especially made from the core of the famous Seychellois coco de Mer of erotic shape and which would have some aphrodisiac virtues.
 
A culinary competition under the supervision of the Academy of tourism of Seychelles is registered on the calendar of the festivities which will be communicated in their entirety in a few weeks.
