Seychelles: Historic record of tourist arrivals in the archipelago for 2013




The Minister of tourism and the Culture of Seychelles, Alain Saint-Ange, opened in the archipelago, in the middle of the week, the annual meeting of the Seychelles Tourist Office.
 
This unmissable event for the tourism sector brought together all actors who promote the destination to the four corners of the planet.
 
The Minister of tourism and Culture, Alain Saint-Ange, mentioned in particular a proposed increase of at least 10% of tourist arrivals for the year 2013 with over 228.000 tourists.

European countries, France, Germany, Italy and the Russia widely participated in this historic result for the archipelago.
 
Europe is still as well positioned as the main market tourist Seychelles.
 
Tourist arrivals from Asia also increased 21% over the figures recorded last year. The only Chinese market has its bondi side of over 74%.
Africa and the Middle East have also experienced a respective increase of 8% and 11%.
