Reunion: MOCA receives the foundations of tourism 2014

The foundations of Tourism held on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 in Reunion Island. This event organised by the prefect Jean-Luc Marx, in the presence of Didier Robert, president of the Regional Council, and Nassimah Dindar, President of the General Council, stands currently in all regions of France, until next spring.

The president of the Republic Francois Hollande wants to make tourism a priority.
Its goal: keep the rank of France throughout the world and make tourism a real economic leverage.
It is in this context that Sylvia Pinel, crafts, trade and Tourism Minister, was entrusted with the Organisation of the Foundation by Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault. 
The foundations of tourism are intended to bring together all professionals of the sector with the aim of elaborating a program of concrete actions for the development of French tourism.
Reflections incurred in these meetings are organised around nine thematic working groups: 
1.       Diversify the tourism offer French
2.       Promote the emergence of new destinations
3.       Develop a strategy for tourism event
4.       Improve the organisation of the reception
5.       Make an attractive business tourism industry and excellence
6.       Encourage investment to enhance the attractiveness of the offer
7.       Unite and boost the government to promote tourism
8.       Adapt the organisation of the tourist sector to changes in the sector
9.       Revitalise the French tourism
