February 19, the Central Regional Reservation of (Ile de La Réunion Tourisme) held its annual seminar at the Bienvenue Village at Sainte-Marie. Professional partners took advantage of this day to review the balance of fiscal 2013 and participate in interactive workshops offered in the afternoon.

After a luncheon hosted by Gîtes of France from Reunion, Patrick Serveaux, Vice President of the IRT, and Ariane Loupy, Director of the IRT, gave a word of welcome to the attention of the participants.
The seminar was opened with the balance sheet activity 2013, submitted to the Assembly by the head of the information and marketing to the IRT Isabelle Nativel. The advantage of such a strategy is the ability to individualise the offer, customise it, and meet the expectations of the client.
The seminar was also an opportunity to revisit the innovations launched at the digital level: the establishment of a chat on the site (August 2013) as well as the creation of the mobile booking site (December 2013).
The second presentation by Christophe Autain, Director of Visit Technology France, helped expose the improvements and new features of the Citybreak software professionals. The software has undergone necessary changes that now allow it to adapt to best fit the needs of a constantly
