The health authorities of Mayotte have elaborated several arrangements of support on the island for any patient who contracted the haemorrhagic fever Ebola which currently still strikes Sierra Leone, Guinea and Liberia.
The medical authorities of Mayotte expressed their willingness on Wednesday to respond if the Ebola virus hit the Mahoran ground.
A collaboration with the University Hospital of Reunion thus enables the evacuation of people affected by military aircraft to the department of Reunion, and this, after the strict isolation measures in the Hospital Complex of Mayotte (CHM) of Mamoudzou as the Journal de Mayotte reports.
