Mauritius celebrates the Seychellois cuisine during the first culinary festival "Belles Seychelles"

The first Seychellois culinary festival in Mauritius "Belles Seychelles'  will take place from 10 to 18 October 2014 in the heart of Le Labourdonnais of Port Louis located on the side of the Caudan Waterfront.
Two restaurants at the five-star hotel, L'Escale & La Rose des Vents will thus honor in the plates the Seychellois cuisine and delicious flavors on the palate.
The Seychellois chef, Eric Robert Azemia, will be the guest of honor at the culinary event.
Dancers and musicians from the islands will also be on hand to ensure the Creole atmosphere of the festival in partnership with Air Seychelles airline, as reported by the Le Matinal newspaper.
