Mauritius at the time of French cuisine on March 19

The gastronomic event to honor the French cuisine " Goût de France" on the five continents, under the star chef Alain Ducasse and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will see the participation next Thursday, March 19 for the first edition of eight restaurants implanted at the heart of Mauritius.
The Mauritian leaders (Vincent Rodier Lux* Belle-Mare restaurant Beach Rouge, Eric Poutot hôtel Maritim restaurant Château Mon Désir, Jacqueline Dalais La clef des Champs, Michel de Matteis Royal Palm restaurant La Goélette, Nizam Peeroo hôtel Labourdonnais restaurant La Rose des Vents, Ravi Kanhye Domaine Château de Bel Ombre, Mootoosamy Vasoo Alankalee restaurant Le Courtyard et Alain Guinaudeau, restaurant le Whatever de Tamarin) will have to be creative to prepare dishes combining modernity and traditional flavors of France.
1,000 chefs swarming all over the world and which have been previously selected upstream and will propose on Thursday, March 19, 2015 to their guests a "menu to the French" champagne aperitif or cognac, cold starter, hot starter, fish or shellfish, meat or poultry, French cheeses, chocolate dessert, all of course accompanied by bottles of French wine.
Participating restaurants are committed to contribute 5% of their profits to a local NGO committed to respect for health and the environment.
