Mauritius: Two upcoming fishing boats of SAPMER will beat Mauritian flag
The next two fishing boats from the Reunionese shipowner SAPMER will beat Mauritian flag. The case is not yet completed, but the regulatory procedures are already underway and nearing completion.

For its part, the local authorities have already granted a fishing license to the company to operate in the territorial waters of Mauritius.
 
The first ship is under construction in Vietnam and will be on zone from August. A second will follow in late 2013.

The two seine boats freezers will improve the fleet of SAPMER, which already has four freezer longliners fishing for toothfish, a factory freezer trawler for fishing lobster and four freezers thoniens seiners fishing for tuna.

The fleet of SAPMER fishing in the Southern Indian Ocean and in the exclusive economic zones of Earth French Southern and Antarctic Territories (TAAF).
