Twenty trees by the roadside in the North of Mauritius, including camphor, threaten to fall on the roadway.

Pitted by termites and heavily damaged trees by several hurricanes are located in the region of the Nicolière, at Epinay and also at Ville-bague.

Between 15 and 20 meters, these towering trees thus constitute a potential danger to users of the highway, as the newspaper L'Express of Mauritius relates.
