In some houses, the water level rose up to one meter.

At the same time at the peak of weather, meteorological services in Vacoas station rose throughout the island notice of heavy rains issued early in the morning, while inviting residents of affected areas to take their precautions against these localized rains due to the combined effect of the sea breeze.
