Mauritius: The number of cases of conjunctivitis increasing in hospitals

While the austral summer now in full swing with its high temperatures and Mauritius has been particularly watered at the beginning of 2015, conjunctivitis * made flow patients in hospitals of the island.
Thus, from 16 to 22 last February, 1952 people contracted the infectious disease.
The Mauritian Ministry of Health invites the population of Mauritius to wash their hands regularly, not to rub eyes with dirty hands and to use personal towels.
Contagious disease, but usually benign, conjunctivitis is treated within a few days medication treatment. As a reminder, for the first two weeks of February, 1872 cases of conjunctivitis were already identified.
