Mauritius: The guest of honour of the 46th anniversary of Independence Day was chosen

The diplomatic preparations and protocol around the celebrations of the 46th anniversary of the independence of Mauritius, March 12, which will be held at the stadium Anjalay in the North of the island, bustled behind the scenes.
Thus, the Mauritian authorities have chosen this year as guest of honour of this festive event to commemorate the assumption of their national sovereignty in 1968, the Prime Minister of the Malaysia, Najib Tun Razak.
The cultural show, which will follow the parade where several police helicopters to illustrate, will have the theme "a country, a nation, a fate", as Cinq Plus newspaper relates.
Solemn rise of colours is scheduled late in the afternoon.
