Mauritius: The Mauritian Coast Guard in search of debris which may belong to MH370

The wing fragment discovered on Wednesday on the shore of Saint Andrew, which could belong to the flight MH370 of the Malaysia Airlines that had mysteriously disappeared in March 2014 is also mobilizing the Mauritian coast guard to patrol the territorial waters.
Instructions were given to the maritime and air patrols to be sensitive about debris or floating objects brought back by the currents from east to west. The Coast Guard based in Agalega, Rodrigues and St. Brandon are also on high alert and scan the shoreline of the areas concerned.
As for the Mauritian authorities, the troops engaged "are so logically" since the flaperon has been found on Reunion and "other parts might run aground Mauritius" although Paris did not assigned them this large scale prospecting mission in the South-West basin of the Indian Ocean.
