Mauritius: Strengthening of economic ties between Mauritius and Pakistan to penetrate the African continent

Mauritius and Pakistan have decided to strengthen their economic relations and promote free trade between the two nations.
A workshop was thus held, at the end of last week, the Chamber of Commerce and industry of Mauritius (MCCI) between Pakistan and Mauritius representatives, as indicated the Le Défi Quotidien newspaper.
"The two countries are working to consolidate their existing ties to strengthen the free trade, but also to exploit the African potential. They are several States to use the Mauritian platform to penetrate Africa and have benefit. There is no reason for Pakistan not to seize this opportunity", said Shehzad Ahmed, president of the Organisation of the Mauritius-Pakistan Joint Business Council Business Council and has also prompted the entrepreneurs and the private sector to enter this strategic commercial operators.
