Mauritius: Possible slight decrease in fuel prices at the pump

While the price of oil on the world market has declined, the Petroleum Pricing Committee (PPC) accounts to reduce the prices of fuel by 1.20 to 2 rupees in Mauritius in the coming weeks.

The last drop of fuel prices on the island is dated back to last August.

The price of gasoline at the pump in Mauritius had gone from 52.25 rupees to 50.15 rupees per liter and diesel from 43.95 rupees to
41.90 rupees per liter, as reported by the L'Express newspaper.
