Mauritius: One child in two owns a mobile phone




The number of young users with a mobile phone in Mauritius continues to climb in recent years.
 
Today, 50.1% of children aged between 5 and 11 years on the island are equipped cell phone, according to the Le Défi Quotidien newspaper.
 
 
With the approach of Christmas the risk will probably increase the percentage.
