Mauritius: Nandanee Soornack, the very close friend of Navin Ramgoolam arrested by officers of Interpol in Italy

The very close friend of former Prime Minister, Labour activist, Nandanee Soornack targeted since late March by an international arrest warrant, has been arrested by officers of Interpol in Parma this Thursday, April 16, 2015. However, there is no indication for the time being, about a possible return to the island since no extradition treaty exists between the two countries.
For many weeks, the Mauritian police wanted the comeback of the special agent of the Labour Party (PTr) to interrogate several sensitive cases, namely Case des Roches Noires, the 220 million rupees * discovered in safes Navin Ramgoolam on February 6 during a search and possible commissions which she could have benefited.
The Mauritian investigators also want to know the version of the former saleswoman of cauliflower and cotomili at Carreau-Laliane about the alleged money laundering.
