Mauritius: More than 4,800 vehicles sold since the beginning of the year 2014 on the island

618 sales of imported second hand vehicles after having been repackaged in vast majority of Japanese brand were counted in August 2014 in Mauritius.
Car dealers have registered on their side 641 sales of new cars last month.
In the first eight months of the year 2014, 4.839 vehicles have been sold.
Toyota Mauritius group, with 1137 sales recorded, is in head before other dealers of the place like Nissan (932 sales), KIA (706 sales), Hyundai (511 sales) and BMW (347 sales).
Over this same period, 4.531 reconditioned and more expensive cars for the purchase of 40,000 rupees to 60,000 rupees * because now subject to the carbon tax, were also sold, as indicated in the Le Matinal newspaper.
* One euro roughly equivalent to 41 rupees
