Mauritius: Merchants of beach in the crosshairs of the Beach Authority
The body of the Beach Authority, manages the domain of the Mauritian coastline, seeks harmonization in the area of the booths of vendors according to agency officials.

The Beach Authority is thus appealing to the authorities to legislate and rethink the plan of occupation and exploitation of Mauritian beaches.
 
The Beach Authority gives priority in its criticism, the beaches of Flic-en-Flac and Grand Baie invaded in an anarchistic way according to them by stands of different sizes.

Many residents of Flic-en-Flac and Grand Bie and some municipal policies are also in line with the position of harmonization of beaches recommended by the Beach Authory.
 
For as supports Burny Wade, advisor in the village of Flic-en-Flac, "this could cause a serious accident", as related by the newspaper Express of Mauritius.
