Mauritius: International arrest warrant against a Franco-Mauritian, prosecuted for drug trafficking, who has already fled to France
All police personnel of Mauritius and the drug squad are on alert since June 11, to get their hands on a Franco-Mauritian 22 years old, involved in a case of drug trafficking who did not presented to the Albion police station in the west of the island, as required by his parole.

Arrested in November 2010, the young Franco-Mauritian, Marvy Damien Simon, who worked as a garbage collector in France, was arrested at Plaisance International Airport in possession of cocaine and hashish in his luggage.
 
At first, the Franco-Mauritian had told police that the drugs seized were products for personal consumption, before delivering the names of three local contacts who were arrested during an operation in flagrante delicto.
