Mauritius: Hundreds of unemployed women engage in entrepreneurship training

Hundreds of unemployed women in the region of Tranquebar, in the Northwest of Mauritius, have begun to follow, since the beginning of the week, training in entrepreneurship, and, as part of a program of development of small and medium-sized enterprises on the island.
Communication, negotiation, marketing and customer approach are the themes by trainees to appropriating all the tools necessary to begin then in the creation of local businesses, as reported by the newspaper Le Matinal.
As a reminder, 25900 women and 17500 men were affected in 2013 by unemployment in Mauritius that slightly exceeded the 8% of assets.
