Mauritius: He accused a police officer for the disappearance of his wife

It's been more than two months that his wife, 43 years and mother of his daughter, has been missing. This resident of Saint Pierre, Mauritius, went to the local clinic but has never returned home.
Her husband made a deposition to the police this Thursday, January 9, accusing a police officer of maintaining an extra marital affair with his wife.
The husband of 43 years, is of the opinion that the policeman knows something about the disappearance of his wife.
Following the visit of a woman at his place of work in July, pretending to be the wife of the police officer, the latter would have revealed the intimate relationship between her husband and the wife.
In addition, she has entrusted him that her husband allegedly assaulted his wife in June and she was injury at the head.
The husband of the disappeared one recalled of the injury at the head of his wife. However the latter had explained to him that she fell at her place of work and has had banged her head.
The husband confronted his wife and she then confessed her infidelity.
The latter would then have forgiven her, thinking of their 25 years of married life, as stated in the Le Défi Quotidien newspaper.
It was November 3 that his wife was wounded in the foot and she went to the clinic around 9:30. She gave no sign of life since that day. A statement was made the next day to inform the police of the disappearance of his wife.
