Mauritius: Half-yearly profits of the Mauritius Commercial Bank up by 10%




The benefits of the Mauritius Commercial Bank (MCB) between July and December 2013 recorded an increase of 10% compared to the same calendar period in 2012.
 
The Mauritius Commercial Bank has thus made 2.45 billion rupees * profit for the last six months, whose results were made public at the end of last week.

Activities of the Mauritius Commercial Bank abroad and in the financial sector non-bank resulted in the MCB group to garner half of the registered profits, as indicated in the Le Défi Quotidien newspaper.
