Mauritius: Envisaged collaboration with Dubai for the management of the harbor

While the port area of the capital Port Louis is still in expansion work, Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem head of Dubai Ports World, managing 65 ports all over the world, is in Mauritius until the beginning of weekend.
