Mauritius: Construction project of terminal for cruise ships

While the Port Authority of Mauritius (Mauritius Ports Authority) want to see the arrival of at least 20,000 cruise passengers in Port Louis by the year 2017, a terminal that can accommodate cruise ships is scheduled to be built by April 2016.

The project could reach around more than 800 million rupees (21 million euros).
18 cruise ships docked in Mauritius in 2014. 15,661 tourists and tour passengers were on board.
