Mauritius: Bulbs to illuminate the city light of Curepipe

The Mayor of Curepipe decided to replace throughout the network of public lighting of the city of light, and in the heart of the electrical installations of its inhabitants, old energy consuming light bulbs by energy-saving bulbs.
A next partnership with the national electricity company (CEB) should soon see the day to complete this extensive site which is part of the Maurice île Durable (MID) project.
The inhabitants of the town of Curepipe will be invited especially to participate actively in this project by relating their bulbs used the Town Hall, as reported by the newspaper L'Express of Mauritius
For Mayor Mario Bienvenu, the recovery of old bulbs will be on the responsibility of municipal services and recycling of hits is side will be vested in a second time to the CEB.
"We will retrieve and send the used bulbs to the CEB. The Town Hall will not have fees to pay for this service", assured the aedile of Curepipe, Mario Bienvenu.
