Mauritius: Air France and Air Mauritius reinforce their partnerships

Air Mauritius et Air France KLM have strengthened their relations with the signature of an agreement of industrial partnership for a period of five years. This new agreement aims to extend the existing collaboration between the two aviation companies.

The strategic partnership agreement will provide the national aviation company with an enhanced expertise in diverse areas such as, commercial operations, electronic commerce (e-commerce), sales, maintenance, Revenue management as well as cost management and cost reduction, particularly in terms of fuels savings.

This extended agreement is expected to increase flights frequencies on the Paris-Mauritius route. The agreement was signed between Alexandre de Juniac, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Air France KLM and Andre Viljoen, Chief Executive Officer of Air Mauritius, on Friday, at the headquarters of the national aviation company, in Port-Louis. The ceremony was presided by Dass Thomas, Chairman of the Air Mauritius governing board.

The commercial partnership between Air Mauritius and Air France KLM exists since sixteen years.
