Mauritius: 400 Iranian travellers celebrated the Nowruz year on the island

Mauritius hosted about ten days ago some 400 travellers of Iran which came to celebrate the New Year Nowruz under the tropics, on March 20 last, which represents the first day of Spring according to the ancient calendar of Persia empire.
 
It is the first time that Mauritius experienced the arrival of so many Iranian tourists on its land during a single group stay.
 
Accommodated in three luxury hotels of Mauritius, the Iranian travelers have fallen for the charm of this little island in the heart of the Indian Ocean.
 
They were even accompanied by the Minister of Tourism Michael Sik Yuen, for diner who highlighted the particular efforts of the Office of Tourism of Mauritius for better visibility of the destination in the Gulf countries.
