A strong measure to deal with the upsurge of insecurity in the country as a whole and the use of military uniforms in the banditry to commit perpetrated crimes most often with violence.
The offenders will now face a sentence of up to five months imprisonment and a fine to a maximum of 9 million ariarys (3040 euros).
