Madagascar: Two ministers and five deputies have already submitted their declaration of assets to the High Constitutional Court

Only two members of the Malagasy government (1), and five deputies (2) sitting in the National Assembly have already submitted their statement to the High Constitutional Court of Madagascar.
These asset declarations deposits are made compulsory by Article 41 of the Constitution of the Fourth Republic in its paragraph 2, which states that "prior to the performance of duties or missions and the exercise of a mandate, all the personalities of the preceding subparagraph shall deposit to the High Constitutional Court a declaration of assets. "
The persons concerned are set out in section 40 of the Constitution, who pointed out that "the institutions of the state are: the President of the Republic and the Government, the National Assembly and the Senate, the High Constitutional Court."
As a reminder, the president Hery Rajaonarimampianina has already completed his declaration of assets deposit to the High Constitutional Court in November 2014.
