Madagascar: Two generals sacked by the Council of Ministers chaired by the President Hery Rajaonarimampianina

The Council of Ministers chaired by the President Hery Rajaonarimampianina, recently dismissed two generals of the Malagasy armed forces appointed under the former regime of the Transition of Andry Rajoelina.
The general André Ndriarijaona, Commander of the staff of the Malagasy army, as well as General Richard Ravalomanana, head of the National Gendarmerie, has been thanked.
"General André Ndriarijaona, with Lietenant-Colonel. Charles Andrianasoavina, led the military mutiny of 2009 which had been fatal to the regime of Marc Ravalomanana. General Richard Ravalomanana, nicknamed general Bomba by the supporters of the former President, was, on his part the, who has managed to neutralise the different protests by the pro-Ravalomanana at the beginning of the transitional period'’, as reported by the newspaper L'Express of Madagascar.
The general division, Rakoto François Rodin, is thus appointed commander of the National Gendarmerie so that the general of division, Rahuman Beni Xavier, is placed at the head of the staff of the army.
