Madagascar: The trial of a French couple murdered in 2012 postponed to early next year

The trial of the murder in April 2012 on a beach in Tulear (Southwest Madagascar) of a French couple, Gerald Fontaine and Johanna Delahaye has been postponed yesterday after a half-day hearing mainly because of the absence of the presumed backer.
Three other defendants, including two French mentioned in the case of the ten suspects that should be tried in, were not so present at the opening of the criminal hearing.
Faced with these numerous absences, the French lawyer of the family of the victims, thus preferred to request the postponement of the debate for the insurance of "a fair trial".
The trial is expected to take place in all probability in early 2015, as the court calendar in court Tulear is in completeness until Christmas.
