Madagascar: The members of the new parliamentary majority require the deferral municipal elections

After seven votes have failed to overthrow the government of Jean Ravelonarivo in early July, the new parliamentary majority (NMP) centered around 95 deputies who voted for the motion of censure requires the postponement of municipal elections on 31 July.
Slingers deputies put before the social and political climate in the country is not conducive to the holding of municipal elections in the Great Island.
