Madagascar: The mandatory declaration of Heritage penalty to be submitted

Only 10 members of the Malagasy government on 30 and 44 deputies out of 151 sitting in the National Assembly have already submitted on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 their statement to the High Constitutional Court of Madagascar.
These declarations of assets deposits are yet made compulsory by Article 41 of the Constitution of the Fourth Republic in its paragraph 2which stipulates that "prior to the performance of duties or missions and the exercise of a mandate, all the persons referred to in the previous paragraph deposit with the Constitutional High Court a declaration of assets. "
The persons concerned are set forth in Article 40 of the Constitution, who pointed out that "the institutions of the state are: the President of the Republic and the Government, the National Assembly and the Senate, the Constitutional High Court."
On a reminder note, the president Hery Rajaonarimampianina has already completed his declaration of assets deposit with the High Constitutional Court in November 2014.
