Madagascar: The mandatory declaration assets at the High Constitutional Court for ministers and deputies not make revenue

Only 6 members of the Malagasy government on 30 and 35 seats out of 151 sitting in the National Assembly have already submitted on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 their statement to the High Constitutional Court of Madagascar.
These declarations of assets deposits are mandated by Article 41 of the Constitution of the Fourth Republic in its paragraph 2, which states that "prior to the performance of duties or missions and exercise of a mandate, all the personalities of the preceding subparagraph file with the High Constitutional Court a declaration of assets. "
The persons concerned are set forth in section 40 of the Constitution, who pointed out that "the institutions of the state are: the President of the Republic and the Government, the National Assembly and the Senate, the High Constitutional Court."
As a reminder, the president Hery Rajaonarimampianina has already made his declaration of assets deposit at the High Constitutional Court in November 2014.
