Madagascar: The Quai d'Orsay calls French citizens to be vigilant on the island of Nosy Be after the resurgence of insecurity found

The Quai d'Orsay share his concern about the "resurgence of insecurity" found on the island of Nosy Be in the wake of the terrible lynching where a French and a French-Italian had been severely burned on the beach by an angry mob early October.
Since other incidents took place as weekend last with two French nationals antagonized by five criminals armed with machine guns and automatic pistols.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressly also called on its citizens to "refrain from any irritating behavior against the population" as "bad conduct to the steering wheel or an arrogant attitude".
"The upsurge of insecurity in recent days must lead to wonder about the possibility of an alternative destination," stressed the Ministry of affairs and that "in any event, the tourists who plan to stay at Nosy Be must be aware of the risks involved".
