Madagascar: The Malagasy President Hery Rajaonarimampianina calls on foreign investors to come to the Island

More than a year after his accession to the presidency of his country, the Malagasy president Hery Rajaonarimampianina, did not develop foreign investment in the Island nevertheless indispensable for economic development in Madagascar.
The president Hery Rajaonarimampianina has thus recently called for Ivato the external traders not to sulk investment in business. "I invite economic operators involved in all fields to invest in Madagascar. All facilities are offered, and an attractive business environment will be created for this purpose," said he was at the 39th General Assembly of the Federation of national law of insurance companies in Africa.
As a reminder, the foreign investments during 2014 have resulted in the creation of 478 foreign firms in the 1034 that have emerged, based on data from the Economic Development board of Madagascar. China, France, India and Mauritius are positioned as the first four places in terms of investments.
