Madagascar: The Japanese government helps to the construction of classrooms

The Japanese authorities have once again brought their financial support to the Island in the context of the construction of new facilities 27 classrooms located in the Atsinanana region at the heart of the province of Toamasina in the east of Madagascar.
Thus, 60 million yen, or about 434,886 euros, and will be unlocked and delivered for the management of structures and the purchase of school furniture. 13,800 Malagasy students might thus work under better conditions by the year 2018.
The first works are scheduled next year. The Ambassador of Japan, Ryuhei Hosoya, and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Beatrice Atallah, have recently signed the contract agreement now connecting the two countries alongside the Malagasy Minister of Education, Paul Rabary.
