Madagascar: The French minister of foreign affairs, Laurent Fabius, will not be present on Monday in Tananarive for the Council of Ministers of Member States of IOC

The Council of Ministers of the member States * of the Indian Ocean Commission (IOC) starts today Monday, May 18, 2015 and will end on Wednesday in the Malagasy capital Tananarive. The French minister of foreign affairs, Laurent Fabius, has chosen at the last moment to be represented by Claudine Ledoux, the regional cooperation delegate ambassador in the Indian Ocean.
