Madagascar: Success at the bachelor level sharply declined in the Island

The latest results from Bachelor 2014 in Madagascar published a few days ago, are in sharp decline in the Island.
Thus in the vast majority of the provinces of the island more than half of the candidates did not obtain the sacrosanct diploma sanctioning the end of secondary education and the valuable sesame to open the doors of the University.
In Tananarive, the success rate has reached 39.38% in 2014 against 47.59% the year last and 50% everything just 3 years ago.
 In the province of Diego Suarez in the North of Madagascar, the Baccalaureate pass rates dropped to 29%.
