Madagascar: Private schools that make the primary cycle in three years, in the crosshairs of the Ministry of Education

Several private schools in Madagascar currently offer courses for primary school students in three years instead of the normal five years.

Reducing learning year for the grade, elementary and middle reaches, these schools are in the crosshairs of the Ministry of Education of the Big Island.
