Madagascar: President Hery Rajaonarimampianina wants to rely on a dynamic construction sector to revive economic activity in the island

The Malagasy President Hery Rajaonarimampianina said earlier this week at the opening of the days of the BTP in Tananarive will rely on this sector as a perennial lever for the development of Madagascar and the economic recovery.
 Hery Rajaonarimampianina notably recalled the leading role in the sector of building and public works in the creation of jobs in the big island, while inviting the players to ignore the past crises, as reported by the newspaper Courrier of Madagascar.
"These recurrent crises and wiped every time the attempts of setting up a development plan. I promised to put in place a strong State and good governance that are the base of this stability both sought and expected by all. The foundations were laid, we will back down. We have to go quickly in our economic and social development," said President Hery Rajaonarimampianina.
The latter also wishes to see the BTP sector respond to the major challenges of the realization of the great works of modern infrastructure with 'a strong, dynamic and perfectly competent construction sector'.
The President Hery Rajaonarimampianina also stressed the role of provider of jobs and wealth played by the sector of the construction industry in the wake of the construction next to schools as well as health centers, construction of motorways, roads, bridges to open up agricultural regions and tourist areas, but in the construction of airport and port infrastructure and through the construction of housing as well.
