Madagascar: Marc Ravalomanana mobilizes his troops for the second round of the presidential election

The former president, Marc Ravalomanana, has urged this weekend his troops from his South African exile to continue to mobilize for the victory in the second round, on 20 December, of Jean-Louis Robinson arrived at the top of the first round with 21.10% of the vote.
